I have just made update to 1607 level on my 64 bit laptop ( i have the latest version of avast)h dll
i have keep avast active
after migration i have see a problem: windows defender is active and avast is inactiv
to activate avast i attempt a repair of avast , it was unsuccesfull because avery old avast bug , english language is not installed by default and avast u ifail to start because a lack of one english dll. So Please make install of english language automatic beside loacale one
finaly i have made a re install of avast with full offline install files and windows defender is now deactivated and avast ok
