Problemas con Avast - Estas Desprotegido

Hola Amigos, tengo el Avast Pro hace poco tiempo y este fin de semana cuando ingrese a mi computador el icono del Avast aparece con una X blanca dentro de un circulo rojo y al abrir la aplicación me indica “Estas Desprotegido! el servicio en segundo plano de Avast no se está ejecutando Iniciar Ahora”

Presiono el Iniciar ahora se trata de instalar un archivo pero no sucede nada.

Trato de hacer una limpieza o actualización y me indica siempre “El servidor RPC está demasiado ocupado para completar esta operación”

Estimados, yo tengo exactamente el mismo problema.

De un momento a otro dejó de funcionar la protección. Indicándome el mensaje Estás desprotegido!
En mi caso no me permite activar la protección del servicio en segundo plano de Avast, ni el cortafuegos. Tampoco me permite actualizar la versión de definición de virus.

En la definición de virus me indica:
Versión actual : Desconocido
Fecha de salida: Desconocido
Conexión: Conexión no establecida
Última actualización recibida: —

Al intentar actualizar la definición de virus me indica “Fallo al actualizar. El servicio de Avast no se está ejecutando.”. El mismo error me despliegue si quiero actualizar la versión del software Avast.

No me aparecen los datos de mis suscripción, solo indica que está activa, no aparece licencia registrada para, n número de cliente, de fecha de validez. Si intento activarla nuevamente me manda el mensaje de error "No se puede procesar la solicitud en este momento. Por favor, inténtalo de nuevo más tarde. (-2147195904)

La versión de avast premier que tengo es la 2015.10.2.2218, me indica versión de la base de datos de virus: Desconocida, lo mismo para número de definiciones.

No me permite desintalar y volver a instalar el avast, desde el panel de control.

Desde ya agradezco una pronta respuesta.

¿ Cual Windows; Spk y bit ?
¿ Otros programas de seguridad activos ?
¿ Como desinstalastes el AV que tenias anterior a Avast ?

Por ahora trata una reparacion:

Con XP:

Inicio > Panel de Control > Agregar y Quitar programas > selecciona avast! y clickea “Cambiar o Quitar”. Resalta “Reparar” y dale click a “Continuar”.

Con Vista, win 7 o Win 8.x:

Panel de control > Programas & Caracteristicas > desinstalar programas > seleciona avast! y clickea “Desinstalar/Cambiar”. Resalta “Reparar” y dale click a “Continuar”.

Reinicia cuando termine.

Nota: Se recomienda cerrar todos los programas y ventanas abiertas ( Incluyendo el navegador y explorador ) al hacer este procedimiento.

Hola, yo tengo el mismo problema que gustavo y no me deja ni repararlo, me dice desprotegido y no se si funciona o no.

este mensaje sale despues como información…por favor ayuda!!!

Instala Avast limpiamente:

  1. Muy importante. Desinstalas todos los AVs que has tenido anteriormente con sus desinstaladores. Los encuentras aqui:

Una de las razones que Avast! tiene problemas son los vestigios de otros antivirus mal desinstalados.

  1. Baja y guarda avastclear.exe en tu computadora ( escritorio )

Esta herramienta es para asegurarnos una remocion completa de avast!

  1. Baja y guarda una copia fresca de tu Avast!. Tambien a tu escritorio o algun lugar donde puedas encontrarlo rapidamente.

Asegurate de tener la licencia a la mano si es un Avast pagado

4.) Abre Avast > Opciones > Solucion de problemas > Desactiva el Modulo de Autodefensa.

5.) Desinstala Avast normalmente a traves de Windows " Agregar y Quitar Programas o Programas & Caracteristicas ". Si no pide reinicio, reinicia tu el ordenador.

Si no puedes completar el paso 5 no importa sigue con el paso 6

6.) Aunque hayas completado el paso 5 exitosamente es imprescindible hacer esto: Ejecuta avastclear.exe desde tu escritorio. Te pedira que lo ejecutes en Modo seguro. Acepta.

Por favor asegurate de seguir las instrucciones de avastclear cuidadosamente. Este removera cualquier archivo al que este dirigido Esta es la ruta que normalmente avast! se instala y la que usaras en avastclear como la primera ruta C:\Archivos de programa\AVAST Software Tambien tienes una segunda ruta que en XP seria C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Datos de programa\AVAST Software y para Vista, Win 7, 8, y 8.1 seria C:\Datos de programa\AVAST Software

7.) Reinicia en modo normal y reinstala Avast! y reinicia nuevamente.

Nota. Se recomienda hacer una Instalacion Personalizada. Asi podras desactivar " Herramientas " en Avast que son pagados como Cleanup/GrimeFighter o SecureLine.

Avast 2015 trae una nueva technologia virtual llamada NG/Secure virtual machines. Los primeros 10-20 minutos puede que use gran demanda de CPU y RAM mientras acondiciona el disco y el sistema. Por el momento solo se aplica a Win 7 y Win 8 y 8.1 que su hardware soporte virtualizacion.

Estate atento que puede que Avast! te ofresca Google Chrome y/o Dropbox. Si ya tienes Google Chrome, puede que te ofresca Google Drive o Skype. Si no lo quieres, desmarca las casillas.
