Problems after update november 26.

I just downloaded avast-update and have two problems. The first one concerns my e-mail in Outlook Express. I have done what you suggested in FAQ but as soon I start Avast e-mail protection my mail accounts are blokked again.

The second problem concerns the start of AVAST-Antivirus. I got two popups and the program doesn’t start.

The pop-ups below are in Dutch:

Can any ???one help me to solve this problems, please?!

please do two things:

  1. Send me your setup.log and setup.ini files from avast4\setup directory together with short explanation (link here or cut’n’paste of your message) to setup-support AT asw DOT cz

  2. Easiest way to fix it fast would be to download whole ‘setupeng.exe’ and trying to update from it or uninstall/install cycle.

  1. Download avast! 4.1.304
  2. Desinstall your actual version of avast (Control Panel).
  3. Boot
  4. Use Avast Uninstall for complete desinstallation.
  5. Boot
  6. Install the downloaded 4.1.304 version.
