Problems booting up computer Help please!

I’m not sure if this is Avast’s fault or not but I’m having trouble booting my computer up. I’ve had Avast installed for several months now.
When I go to Windows startup normally it gets frozen when the first two little dots appear on the signature. (Windows 7)
When I try to load up into safe mode, it loads a lot of drivers and the last one to load is Loaded:\Windows\System32\Drivers\aswRvrt.sys
When I click “Disable Driver Signature Enforcement.” it does the same thing as if I started it up normally.

Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks.

Could you confirm that you downloaded the win7 64bit RC

The file:

win7 64bit rc.iso
9 months ago · 164.85 MB

I put the settings in Rufus the exact same you did in the picture.

The files in my usb: http://gyazo.com/2baf0b26dda9cda6cb65f531e31392aa

OK could you confirm it is windows 7 and not vista ? I will PM the link for the 32bit windows 7

Yes, my sick and non-sick computers are Windows 7.

Try the 32bit ISO

It shows the same message as the 64 bit one.

As it installs this page will show, deselect the AVG ticks

Once the USB has burnt then

[*]Download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to the flash drive.

[*]Reboot your system using the boot USB you just created.
Note : If you do not know how to set your computer to boot from USB follow the steps here
[]As the Programme needs to detect your hardware and load the operating system, I would recommend a nice cup of tea whilst it loads
[
]Your system should now display a Reatogo desktop.
[]Locate the flash drive and run FSRT
[
]The tool will start to run.

Okay, I’m confused on where you got the Win81RE_x86.iso from.

When I extract the OTLPE_New_Std.iso, I just get the iso on the desktop.

Ignore the reference to win8 that was just the file I was running when I took the screenshot

This is the ISO you need OTLPE_New_Std.iso

Alright, I loaded it up on the usb and everything loaded up as if I’m using my computer’s hard drive.

You said I should see a reatago desktop, I see mine.

I’m going to run the FRST scan.
