I can’t open my app like Google store etc after updated to the pro version. And by the way, if I reformat and uninstall my phone, will my pro version avast security app gone for good? Do I need to purchase again?
Hi, the licence is bound to your Google account, so it will load automatically (if you use the same account you used for the purchase).
Please try to uninstall the app and see if the problem with opening other apps persists, then see what happens after you reinstall the app - please let me know what you find out, thanks.
