I have been a long-time Avast free user who has just upgraded to pro. Unfortunately I have a problem and want to raise a support ticket so I registered with the helpdesk but I cannot login to the helpdesk at all using the username and password I supplied. I even hit the lost password button to retrieve my password in case I had mis-typed it during registration, but no, the email address & password were correct. Each and every time I try to login to submit a ticket, I get the invalid username/password message even though I am using copy and paste from the email sent by Avast in response to my “lost password”.
Aaarrrgh!!! I can’t find any way even to inform avast of this situation
Is anybody else in this situation? It is frustrating to say the least
