Problems to get help from Avast

I bought antvirusprogram from Avast 24th january 2016. After that I got problems with my computer and in the end was forced to install a new Windows 7 licens. After that the virusprogram was disappeared together with all other programs. I have tried in vain to get in contact with Avast support. I only get automatic responses with up to 10 things I shall do and I don´t understand what they mean. Now I am ready to give up and have installed Avast free download to have some protection. Is there any program where I can get a more personal communication with when shit happens?

If you have purchase avast Pro/Internet Security/Premier then you can use - Resend avast License https://www.avast.com/resend-license-paid.php, you will need to enter the email that you used when purchasing the license, e.g. the one that the original email with the link was sent.

Then it is a case of downloading, installing your avast program and applying the license.
