Problems to send message when connected to VPN (Outlook/GMail)

Hello Guys, how are you?

When connected to Avast VPN, I can’t send e-mails. I am receiving e-mails normally, the problem is only sending.

When VPN is disconnected, everything works fine.

Any tips here?

Is your e-mail account limited to only sending e-mails from a certain country? Using the vpn from another country might be blocking it.

Hi Dumper,

As I am from Brazil, I am using a brazilian VPN connection as well. Anyway, this occurs with other locations too, like Spain or NYC.

I have the same problem. I’m in the US and using a US location. Doesn’t anybody have an answer for this. For me the problem makes the VPN unusable.
