Hello I had just purchased the Avast! Pro through the loyalty program, however I am now unable to log into the subscription management section of the Avast store. It continuously says that my e-mail is invalid, however it is the e-mail I bought the subscription with. I am looking for some guidance on this problem.
Check the confirmation email if you haven’t made a typo in the email address.
Try to login with the same email address you used to signup here.
I recieved an email kshakanina@gmail.com that my subscription will automatically renewOct.25,2104 Order # 13511703 and I don’t want this but I can’t find anywhere to stop it Karen Hoover
