After installing Avast, window xp on my system crashes. I ask an aid to understand the problem. Thanks

Which version…??
OS…?? (32/64 Bit - which SP)
Other security related software installed…??

Avast IS, OS Windows xp Home edition 2002, NO other security installed.

Open UI>Go to maintainence Tab>Go to Update Tab>Click on Update program>Once finished with the update process>Rebbot>report back and tell us how it is going. :slight_smile:

But all this have to do it on the AIS program?
