problems with avast

after my windows-login there always appaers in the first place a message like this:

ash Disp.exe Abbild fehlerhaft
Die Anwendung oder DDL C:\PROGRA~1\ALWILS~1\Avast4\aswCmnBdll ist keine gültige Windows Datei. Überprüfen sie die mit der Installationsdiskette.

This leads to other problems, for instance I’m not able to use Outlook. The whole windows seems dissordered. I dont achieve to uninstall avast because if I try this my computer crashes.

What am I supposed to do?

well I tried this but it’s not possible to finish the reinstallation because there is always a crash… is there any other way to uninstall avast?

I suggest an installation from the scratch:

  1. Uninstall avast from Control Panel first.
  2. Boot.
  3. Download the latest version of Avast Uninstall and use it for complete uninstallation.
  4. Boot.
  5. Install again the latest avast! version.
  6. Boot.
  7. Check and post the results.
