Problems with Avast

Hi all,
I have just had a familiar system event that caused me go over the prescriptions given on Tech MS forum many months ago. Here is the original description of the problem that I occasionally experience with Avast:
https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/5bbf97b9-40ab-4654-a150-74970a49d784/system-suddenly-goes-off-how-to-find-logfiles-to-understand-why-it-happened?forum=w8itproperf

Now once again the problem that I’ve just had is caused by Avast. Also by some reason the Avast’s module wsc_proxy.exe has been turned off after system reboot. I found that wsc_proxy.exe has certificate expired on 14 of Sep 2016. See screenshot attached.

Any suggestions, recommendations? Do I need to turn on the wsc_proxy.exe again?

So far is good. Lets see if the issue is gonna come up again any soon.

So what’s happened to wsc_proxy.exe 's certificate, so that it remains expired even after clean installation?
