Problems with my.avast.com and anti-theft

i have some difficulties with using my.avast and anti-theft…
I noticed, that I cant use my.avast normally after new my.avast applied.

so… when I login to my.avast in device list there many devices with same name of my smartphone and all have red shield icon.
I have installed and updated all packet - mobile security, backup and rooted anti-theft (which dont have problems with remote connection - i checked it through “Fix connection problems” feature in options - “The diagnosis process did not find any issues” there said). i have screenshots in link, https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B0pVjcQFdTYHTkF3clROclhUams. My.avast and anti-theft have same email account. Why so many devices in list? I was reinstalled anti-theft couple month’s before, and it was working fine… So I cant check with my device through my.avast right now and device unsecured with anti-theft then! What could I do to fix it?

Delete all listed devices and only the devices you are using.

them many there - any how to delete them all at once?
or can admins help me?
