Problems with nvm.dll file

Hi,today avast detected dll file:nvm.dll.I dont know why.Its a file related to gleamaster.A.They paste are located in app data/roaming.

If i exclude from quarentine i can get infected again?

Sorry for my bad english,but i dont use translator.
