problems with oleacc.dll file

I have installed avast! on a computer running windows 95 service pack 2. The install went fine but when I first ran the program I got the following error message:

The OLEACC.dll file is linked to missing export USER32.dll: Get Window Module File Name A.

Does anyone have any idea why I would get this message and how I could fix it?
