Which is your Avast version: Premier?
I don’t think it is possible to install Brazilian plugins (Guardião) inside of SafeZone.

The point of SafeZone is to protect you while you are shopping or doing your banking business.

Installing plugins into a purposely-made secure browser could/should introduce lesser security and thus make you more vulnerable to attacks and unknown exploits. So, even if you could, maybe you shouldn’t?
