PROBLEMS WITH PREMIER.

Hello all. I have a wireless set up in my home that includes a comcast wireless Arris modem, and another routher for the other side of the house, D-Link AC3200 Ultra Tri-Band Wi-Fi Router (DIR-890L/R) which is connected to the Arris via ethernet cable.

I believe Avast is stopping me from accessing the secondary router, as i cannot reach the page.
Questions:
1: How can I simply turn off the firewall in windows while it is being controlled by avast (and turn it back on again)

2: once a virus or positive scan result has been detected, it says it is in the quarantine, but it does NOT tell you if you should delete it or not.
If a virus is detected and kept in quarantine, should I delete it?

3: Why does this new avast interface look so cool, but operate in such an un-intuitive manner? people should be able to easily disable any program on their computer, and also what to do with detected viruses, should be recommended.

Any ideas?

If you delete the detected file and it turns out to be a false positive,
you have no recourse and have no way to restore the file.
