Problems with pro ver 11.1.2245

hi, not sure if anyone can help but since this last update I have noticed that when I log onto the internet Avast Internet Security Pro ver 11.1.2245 it sets my profile to public, of cause I can’t get on. So I turn off Avast and reconnect to the internet in private profile and turn on Avast again and all is good. ???

Try a repair…Control Panel>Uninstall a Program>double click “avast”>click “repair”>reboot.

This is strange, as Network profile settings should be fixed.
Are you sure your system is not trying to connect to another network ?

Yes thank you for the ideas. The repair job did the job so far and it connected ok after the reboot …
