Problems with the new version

Hello, after the last update the webcam of our computers stopped working for some applications, we have already added the exeptions but that has not worked.
When I uninstall Avast or stop the service (AvastSVC) the applications that use the webcam again show image.

There are 200 computers with OS Windows that have the problem.
