Hi,

some users may be facing issues with video content and google maps. In case of video, there is black screen but sound works fine… On facebook some videos are stopped at the beginning with blur screen. Google maps turns into black when loaded.

Today we have found the cause of this problem and fix will be ready soon. You will get browser update automatically in few days.

Until that happens, you can solve the issue temporarily by disabling HW acceleration. Go to Settings, enable advanced settings (below in the dark side bar), scroll down - uncheck the last checkbox “Use hardware acceleration when available”. Please see attached screenshot.

I will keep you informed once we release the update. Then please re-enable the option back to previous state.

We have released hotfix which deactivate the problematic feature on all user’s PCs. You should not have the problems anymore. The version containing hotfix is: 3.55.2393.561
