Problems

So for the second year I’ve just been charged for Avast, £20.

I dont have my licence key that I started with and cant submit a ticket to complain as supposedly the ‘account doesn’t exist’ when it’s the same email that I’ve been receiving emails from them with so I cant submit a ticket to get help.
I am then unable to get this licence key again due to that. What can I do?

Try this and use the e-mail address you used to register your product:

I’ve used it and it works.

Purchasing a license != Creating an account.
It is not mandatory to have an account to purchase a license. You can always create one at https://id.avast.com/?target=https%3A%2F%2Fmy.avast.com%2F#register and find the licenses you have purchased there, and/or to use the account to submit a support ticket :slight_smile:
