Oops - I put a picture of a cat on my profile preferences. Unfortunately I got it wrong and it is enormous. How do I remove it - or reduce it’s size? :-[
Problem solved! :
Any basic image editing software should be able to resize it. We try to keep avatars around 100 X 100 for those who don’t have high resolution monitors.
If you haven’t got that, post again with the image as an attachment (Additional Options… select the image location on your HDD, etc.) and I will resize it for you.

Right click on the image and select save as or save image as (depending on your browser), now the file name may come up strange like index.php (this is because of the way the forums works), change that to gizmo.jpg or whatever-you-want-to-call-it.jpg, cat1.jpg and do the same whit that that you did with the original.
