Program can't update. Need help [Fixed]

I try to install AIS in my laptop as I find it pretty good in my desktop.

Uninstall Kaspersky IS
Run KIS removal tool from Kaspersky site
Install AIS

but find it the version update and virus update being blocked. :o

So you haven’t download the latest VPS? What does the Maintenance/Update page show? Any error messages?

Hi lukor,

After I insert the license key in my laptop, the virus definition seems updated directly by itself. My program update seems can start now but never claw beyond 1 cm from its starting point. ;D

My deskstop has no problem in updating.

Server problem ?
