Dears,
Kindly be informed that the Anti Virus update is giving an error, which is Other HTTP error (412), while trying 174.133.30.338:80//iavs5x/prod-ais.vpx. The update was working fine until yesterday. I didn’t change any settings in the Avast except disabling the sound notifications. My OS is windows 7 (64) and nothing is changed in the last week.
The update is not working for both the definitions and the program.

I work in a Spanish forum and I help people to install Avast if they have problems and they just starting to report this kind of error today.

Ayer 14-1-2011 bajé la última actualización de Avast 5- Es la versión 5.1.889 vigente desde el pasado 13. Desde ese momento dejaron de funcionar las actualizaciones autómaticas. Ahora debo hacerlas manualmente aunque a veces debo insistir para lograrlo ya que suele tirar el siguiente error: HTTP (412) mientras se intentaba 67.228.77.19.80//iavs 5x/prod-ais.vpx
El número 67.228 … varía según cada intento.
I have requested one of the members of that forum to wait till I know what is happening…
Is there any answer to this so I can translate and help over there?
