I’ve been having a problem with the AV Protection just stopping. I get the ball with a red circle, then a box appears with something about the AAVM Subsystem detecting an RPC error.
It also forgets that I have a paid subscription and reminds me that I have 33 days left.
I’ve tried e-mail support, but I can’t log in because someone forgot to tell someone that I’m already registered and I get a message that there’s no such user name, but when I tried to register again, it said that the user name is already taken. WTF?
I’ve got to admit, this is getting me really pissed off. Outside of Norton, I’ve never had this much trouble with a piece of software. What is going on? I’ve tried downloading the program again, uninstalling the old one and starting over. It runs for a day, then this BS starts all over again.
I thought maybe it had to do with the Online Armor firewall, but the two programs had been running together just fine. >:( ??? >:( >:( >:(Avast is even on it’s trusted list.
