Clean installed…from now on i will update from GUI for further program updates…

I want to do a clean instal from 7.0.1407 is the file here the one I want? It is worded like it is just the update. I assume it is the whole program because of the name having setup in it but want to be sure. thanks

I have 3 systems currently running 7.0.1414 (2 win7 x64 and 1 XP SP3). I Cannot upgrade thru the GUI as it tells me that 7.0.1414 is latest.
As anyone managed to upgrade from 1414 to 1426 using the GUI updater so far?

Can anyone confirm that the expert settings in the Sandbox page don’t stick in Win8 CP? No matter what i click there and press ok all resets to default again.
