programs downloaded when browser is sandboxed

Is there anyway that I can see the contents of the sandbox?
If I download a program (while the browser is sandboxed) how can I locate it and execute it ? Is there any way to copy and paste from the sandbox to my disk?
Can I exclude the downloaded program from being sandboxed in the first place? How?

I’m sorry, but there is no way to restore files from the avast sandbox ???(this is a security measure i think). If you need that file, then please redownload it using the browser without sandbox.
