Hi malware fighters,

Content filtering is being brought in gradually. Sometimes that is a good initiative when malcode or loathsome content is meant. It is not a good development where it is used to limit the free access of information resources: http://www.isoc.org/inet2000/cdproceedings/8k/8k_4.htm
An initiative to help the victims of these policies is called “haystack”. If it can no longer function via Windows, it can also function on linux. Keep an eye on this site:
