Promted for upgrade to license to use, advtive license

I have an active premier license, however when I try to use the optimize feature to go through files slowing down my computer I am prompted to upgrade to premier. I am prompted any time I attempt to use any premium features of the program but when I check my subscription status, it shows I have premier with an exp date in July 2017.

You have a license for the av, not for CleanUp.
To use the optimize feature (avast CleanUp), you need a license for it.

What am I able to do with the av license? If all it does is monitor but not allow me to fix anything it’s not worth the money I paid for it.

I have the premier license. This is the same one I’m prompted to purchase.

You can see at the page I gave you what the difference is between the premier version that you have now and the other avast av versions.
The prompt is for avast CleanUp premier, not the av.
