Protecting the Server

I’m new to BP and working my way through it.

When I ran the install it appears to just install the console. If I want to protect the server (Win Server 2003) do I just run the deploy job on the server as if it were one of the workstations? Will this will use up one license?

It will use the one server license that is included with the BP license model.
Just deploy as if it were a client/workstation, it worked for me …
