I was connected to a private network for a month. A friend of mine connected in the network there recently carried out a mischievous experiment to see if Netcut https://arcai.com/ is effective on that network. To my surprise, he did manage to cut of internet for some users as well as reduce internet speed of the devices connected to that network. At first we thought this was a ISP or router issue, but that friend of mine later revealed about his act & turned everything back to normal by turning Netcut off.
I thought my free antivirus gonna protect me from this. But it didn’t. 
Though it advertises protection against ARP spoofing.
