Example: Internet Mail Provider
click on customize and make some changes
move slider to custom
click ok
go back and slider is not on custom, it goes back to what
is had previously been set to.
Is there something I am not doing?
It’s straightforward in its own way but I can see how it could be confusing.
Moving the “Sensitivity” slider to High will change the the provider’s custom sensitivity level (in the case of the Internet Mail provider there is only “Heuristics”) from Normal to High.
However, the slider will only move to and stay on Custom if you change the Heuristic sensitivity setting to something other than Normal or High.
