Public Wifi

When i log onto my works public WiFi on my windows PC, secure line trys to reconnect, fails and says “please connect to the internet to use your VPN”

I also run secure line on two ios devices on the public WiFi, they connect perfectly.

I have tried, switching, my WiFi on and off, resetting my network details, restarting my PC and I’ve tried reinstalling secure line,

Up until now i have been using secure line flawlessly and have enjoyed it’s benefits

Hi,

Please ensure that you have a stable internet connection on the Windows device before connecting to SecureLine.
If possible, try a different internet connection whilst at work and see if the results are the same for the Windows device.
Also, in SecureLine go to Menu> Settings> Network Security > “Current Network Profile” and toggle between Public and Private.
