Pupupwindow-function does not work with my bank.

Hi,

I am trying to access my bills from my bank.
I wonder why the popupwindow-function is not working?
I have put in the bank as an exception in my Avastsafezone.
Yet it does not work in spite I get he message that the popupwindow is blocked.
Can you help me?

What is the message saying (a screenshot would be nice) ?

Hi,

I the bank is Danske bank an I am housing in Sweden.
The warningmessage I get is popupwindow is blocked and when I still try to open the file with the bill I get the textmessage: failed to look up invoice, reason: AUTHENTIFICATION_FAILED.
I will try to get a screenshot later.

I don’t have the entire list, but I believe the banks website should open in Pay Mode.

Have you tried to do it manually ?

It looks as if something is not send to the banks website so the site doesn’t recognize it is you.

If the manual method is giving the same problem (and I suspect it will), submit a ticket to avast with details.
