Last week I purchased a Cleanup Premium licence from Avast - it was a successful purchase, according to my account and to Avast software, it is active.
But I’m not getting to use it and it is very frustrating.
If I make that Intelligent Scan, it shows some performance problems, but it doesn’t offer to solve them with cleanup, it just shows me the option of buying it again.
And if I try to run a performance scan, it shows me the problems, but the button “Solve” doesn’t answer! It is simply ineffective.
I tried to Restore the installation, but nothing changed. Then I uninstalled and installed it again, but nothing is better.
How could I fix it and use the Cleanup resource, or how could I take my money back?

Then I’d point out not being able to use software for x number of days when support answers my ticket due to bugs present in my software that prevents me from using it as expected. I’d also link them back to this post as well.
