Purchased from Ebay , not working

Hi, I have purchased Avast premier 5 years product , it worked couple of weeks and now avast switched my license to free one and when I am trying to switch to the license it is giving an error as an unexpected error occurred, when I login to my online account there I dont see the Key which I have purchased which I have been using for the past couple of weeks. How to resolve this?

Looks like a fake/fraudulent key, the longest legitimate duration for a license was (and still is as far as I’m aware) 3 years.
