Hello.
On December 3, I mistakenly purchased a 2-year Avast Antivirus subscription. I also entered the wrong email address, so I can’t login to cancel it. I tried contacting Avast support via https://support.avast.com/es-ww/index#pc but I get an automatic reply saying that there was a problem processing the request.
How can I cancel this purchase and request a refund? Is there any other way I can try to get support from Avast?
