Will there be any problems reinstalling the purchased software when we upgrade our computer or purchase a new computer? Same thing if/when we reformat our system?

None that I know of. 
I had none when I upgraded my system a few month ago.
Just ensure you keep a copy of your registration key email so you can enter it once you reinstall.
