purchasing with incorrect Email

I need your help please,

I just purchased Avast Internet Security, but I put incorrect Email, so that I can not retrieve my purchasing details.
also, When I activating the product, the application start freezing and I restarted the application but nothing upgraded!!

please how I can retrieve my product information.

You need to contact avast and ask them to change the email address to the correct one.

Obviously you wont be able to able to give an Order ID (on less you wrote it down or took a screenshot) but complete as much as you can and use the text fields to give as much additional information to try and help find a record of it.

Since the Order ID is a required field, it may complain, if it doesn’t let you submit without something, you could try email/order ID not received.

As the OP is a paying user this form should work also if the order ID is not known.
