I have scanned and received this message from Avast. Should I do something about these files. My Dell Laptop with Vista Home Premium (1.8 Ghz, 32 bit, 4 Gig Ram) has been working fine.

I was going to the website your recommended but did a checkdisk first on my vista machine. That deleted the corrupted files that I mentioned, and they do not show up on Avast any more. The Dell laptop has been working great. Does that mean there are uncorrupted Qshvhost.dll files on my machine? I assume that these files are necessary for the laptop to work correctly, and that when the corrupted files are deleted there are others that take their place.
