Question about licenses (solved... hopefully)

I was wondering if any of you have been down this road before, before I attempt to contact sales.

I have a client that purchased 87 Educational licenses from a reseller 2 years ago, and purchased the license for 3 years.

We are about a year away from the license being expired, but we wanted to add 50 more to the license, so I told them to purchase 50 more licenses for just 1 year (so that we don’t have to keep renewing two different sets of licenses). They purchased them directly from avast.

Then I just realized that only one license file can be used at a time. Duh. :-[

Anybody know what I should do or who to contact to get these two licenses “merged” into one so that the total will be correct?

It’s no good to me if I can only load one or the other.

the sales department will be able to create a new license file for your customer

they need to know the purchase details for both sales and they can create the new file to be loaded in adnm :slight_smile:

the buyer probably didnt make clear (enough) that the 50 licenses are extra licenses
