Question about Outlook 2010 AIS add-in behavior.

Is the following statement true?

Hello,

if any message was marked as phishing or spam it’s not posible to change the subject back to the original.
To avoid this you should add the sender to the whitelist in antispam module.

Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx
AVAST Software a.s.

I could have sworn that messages marked as *** Spam *** had there subjects returned to normal when I selected “Not Spam” on the Outlook 2010 add-in for AIS.

When you select “not spam”, then that sender is automatically added to your whitelist, and the email subject is returned to original subject line.

Thank you for taking the time to confirm this. Does the same behavior occur when a message is incorrectly marked as *** Phishing ***?

Does not remove the SPAM or PHISHING tag in my Outlook 2010.
