Question about Purchase avast. 4 days of payment. no products

Hello I want to ask, 4 days ago I bought Avast Internet Security 3PC 1 Year
I want to know is there any problem with my payment, because the funds was removed from my account.

Unless you want your email address harvested by spammers you might want to remove it from the forum.

Have you checked your email for a sent license, might be in the junk folder :-\

I check every day everywhere. I guess have to wait longer, i do not know why, the funds should have arrived at Avast.

Have you tried the - Resend avast License http://www.avast.com/resend-license-paid.php, you will need to enter the email that you used when purchasing the license, e.g. the one that the original email with the link was/should have been sent.

What payment method did you use ?
Some payment methods may take longer to clear, e.g. bank transfer/credit card.

Yes I try but system told me that have no records for my mail.
I’ll wait until Monday and see what happens.

Edit: Sorry I forgot to say about the method Bank Transfer via Online banking

OK, a Bank Transfer takes longer to clear (though as an avast user I don’t know the duration), whilst you will see it in your account it may not be cleared in the recipient account. Hopefully it shouldn’t take too long.
