Under full scan settings and performance. Should i keep speed up scanning using persistent cache? along with Store data about scanned files in persistent cache? Should i keep both of them checked???

The first is for quick scannings.
The second will decrease the scanning speed at first, and only from the second scanning ahead it will speed it up.
