Question about the VPN feature

Can I choose what data goes via the VPN? I want the security for browser/youtube and the like but in my MMO’s I don’t want to change from 23ms latency to 700ms or more because the MMO servers are in my country but the VPN isn’t.

Also what is avasts logging policy?
