current version 12.3.2280 (build 12.3.3154.21) avast free 2016, is it correct version or is something wrong with my avast updateder, i ask cause i so avast 2017 up somewhere, or is it Beta ver of 2017

There is no 2017 version and there never will be as avast has changed the version numbering.
