One Russian user asked me to post his problem here. Sorry but I am not quite sure in translation of some terms. Here’s the problem:
I have: Windows XP, motherboard - Gigabyte M52L-S3P, CPU - Athlon-6000 DualCore (3 GHz), RAM - 2 Gb.I want to make my Avast 6.0.1000 to scan all files on my computer. So I changed File System Shield options to scan all files on start-up (Advanced options–Scan on start-up–Scan all files). But every time when I re-boot Avast hangs my desktop and I have to uninstall Avast in safe mode.
Could the developers explore my problem?
