Question regarding Sandbox & SafeZone in Avast Internet Security 2015

I have 2 questions that I hope someone can help me with:

(1) A root scan performed by ThreatFire flagged a hidden file within the Avast Sandbox as a high risk. Is there supposed to be a hidden file in the Sandbox? If so what does it do?

(2) Do you know of a detailed help page concerning the SafeZone? I cannot get it to work on either of my two computers.

1. very difficult to answer since you dont give any file info or ThreatFire log ;)

In regards to my #1 question, I was just wondering if there is supposed to be a hidden file in the Sandbox.

I read articles and SafeZone is still not working for me. I have Windows 7 and use latest version Firefox. Any suggestions?
