Question

When my computer is shutting down, some boxes pop up and a couple of them says that some programs are not responding when there are no programs open when I shut down. There are other boxes to that pop up and the only option they give me is to press OK. I was just wondering why my computer does that? And is there a way so it does not do that? I think it affects my computer’s speed on the internet because my computer has been really slow lately. I don’t think it is viruses or spyware because it still does it after I scan my computer for viruses and spyware(I have Avast, Spybot, and Ad-Aware if that helps). Thank you for your help.

What is happening here is that the programmes are not closing smoothly, there is a small tweak that will autoclose non-responding programmes. It’s just that I currrently forget where I’ll see if I can find it

OK found an old tweaking free programme x-setup, available from here http://www.tweakhound.com/xp/xptweaks/supertweaks8.htm but please read the information first as it is a very powerfull programme. And backup your registry first
