can i use avast antivirus and spyware doctor-antivirus?(only for scan 1 in month)

By “spyware doctor-antivirus” do you mean Spyware Doctor with antivirus or Spyware Doctor minus antivirus?
If I was to use www.pctools.com/spyware-doctor-antivirus I would definately uninstall avast! first.
If you use the antivirus part of Spyware Doctor, no.
If you will only use the antispyware, well, it will be ok. Maybe you can use MBAM or Superantispyware for that 
why not use MBAM or SAS free . No CPU or RAM taxation free fast reliable and very effective.

I think this would depend on whether realtime protection is desired. If this is the case, there are also free alternatives, Windows Defender and Spyware Terminator, that provide this component…
